All IFC model data can be automatically analysed in its entirety, including object relationships and quantities.IDS-Check
Upload IDS files to automatically check uploaded IFC models. All check results are logged and can be fully analysed in the report configurator. This gives you direct insight into the development of the alphanumeric IFC model quality.High-performance model viewer
With our powerful viewer, evaluated data can be directly validated/captured spatially. In addition, FBX files are supported to integrate realistic environment models. TIP: If you are working on two screens, click on ‘Open viewer’ to maximise it in a separate window.
Permanently link and enrich external data
Easily and securely integrate external data, such as building product, cost or material data.
Any information in your IFC models can be used as a key for this purpose (e.g. GUID, material names, IFC class, spatial relationships, as well as standard and user-defined properties such as custom-ID's).
Data links can be edited/expanded at any time and are automatically re-executed during subsequent IFC model uploads.Perform calculations
Combine IFC and enriched data for calculations, for example to calculate quantities, costs or GWP (Global Worming Potential). Calculations are automatically applied to the entire history and are fully available in the report configurator. This makes it easy to create time series to identify which decisions during the course of the project led to which effects.

We started developing insightBIM based on our many years of experience in implementing and supporting openBIM projects.
Our goal is to create end-to-end digital processes to enable more efficient work, resource-saving procedures and a life cycle-oriented approach.
We are therefore currently developing the following additions to insightBIM:
- Document integration including IFC element linking
Link documents with IFC elements in a logical way. This supports the simple and coordinated transfer of construction documentation.
- Photo documentation app
Take photos directly on the construction site and automatically link them to the IFC elements. The photos are then clearly located, easy to find and easy to use.
